We spend a lot of time and effort creating beautiful products for you. We would urge you to please be sure of your purchase.
We do not accept any returns or cancellations once the order is placed.
In case you have received a damaged product, please reach out to us within 48 hours from the delivery time, with a video of unboxing the package on our email jijivishanaturadyeing@gmail.com.
The shipping charges to return the product will have to be borne by the customer.
We can arrange for the exchange only if the product is in stock.
Any difference in the amount will have to be paid by the customer.
A refund is not possible in any case.
If the product is defective or damaged during transit. Every product is checked and approved prior to dispatch to ensure a standard quality of products. In such a case, please get in touch with us at jijivishanaturaldyeing@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product. You can request a credit note which will be valid for 3 months from the date issued, if failed to use, the money will not be refunded.
