Meet the founder

Hello. I'm Muskan Agrawal. I come from a family of extremely talented women who could paint murals, knit, crochet, embroider intricately, sew with so many details, and lucky for me, I happen to be a classic case of genetic inheritance.
Being a natural dyer and jewelry artisan at work, I moonlight as a painter and a bookworm. I hold an
immutable love for Indian traditional art and textiles.
My ideology was to establish a brand with a purpose. From a few experimental dye pots in our kitchen and flowers from our puja Ghar, I cooked up Punar. This brand is an initiative to repurpose temple floral and textile waste and bring to use the full potential of what otherwise would be discarded.
I believe in producing thoughtful products in slow batches and limited quantities. Our creations are beautiful and ethical at the same time. Once we understood what fast fashion leaves behind and the misery it brings to people and the environment, a sustainable startup was an easy choice.
This brand is my baby and I sincerely hope to walk the road to sustainable fashion, with you. Until we meet again.
